Outline of a Good Victim:

A person who considers himself crime smart, not gullible to being conned.

Often, but not always are older and live alone.

Trusting of others, even strangers.

Need or desire supplemental income.

Lonely.

Willingness to help others.

Sense of charity.

Victims' willingness to make her secure in financial ways, allowing the completion of her schemes.

 

Christians are Excellent Targets:

Forgiving (you catch questionable behavior, she claims God knows she is changing).

Every aspect of Christianity is used to deceive you.

 

Assets:

Home equity.

Tangible property.

Life insurance benefits, pensions and/or annuities.

Business owner.

Other nest eggs.
